HA NOI (Biz Hub) – Both bourses ended this morning's session positively as transactions bounced back with strong liquidity.

In HCM City, the VN-Index shed 0.98 per cent to end at 483.78 points in the morning session.

Total trading volume was more than 57.8 million shares, worth VND864.87 billion.

The excitable and confident sentiment of investors overwhelmed the market this morning as buying and selling become more boisterous.

At 10.40 am , cash flows poured into the market and the VN-Index recovered to score the highest points in the session.

Of the codes, the southern bourses recorded 116 gainers, 65 unchanged and 59 decliners.

Among the 20 largest capitalization stocks, VNM and GAS both increased VND1,000 per share, BVH rose VND900 per share, while VCB and CTG saw slight increase at VND200 and VND100 per share respectively.

On the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index rose slightly 0.2 per cent to end the morning session at 59.75 points.—VNS
