Vietnam Airlines organised two special flights with “kid” flight attendants -- VN236 and VN257 -- between Ha Noi and HCM City on the occasion of International Children’s Day on June 1.
Once the aircraft reached a level of some 10,000m, 18 "air hostesses" -- children of Vietnam Airlines’ officers and employees -- wore pretty uniforms and presented talented performances during the flights.
The kids gave teddy bears to passengers on the flight.
They used gestures describing airplane safety guidelines to illustrate songs "Pink Smile", Vietnam Airlines’ version of "Fly up Viet Nam", and "We are the world", which were thoroughly enjoyed by children and adults alike.
The kids also gave passengers teddy bears in pilot outfits as souvenirs, creating a fun and warm atmosphere on the flights.

Assuming this special role during the two flights gave the children the opportunity to understand their parents’ work and the issues they faced.
The children, in turn, contributed to a meaningful humanitarian activity, bringing joy and satisfaction to passengers.
The event also conveyed the message of sincerity, love of work and the passion of aviation service professionals, directed towards passengers, particularly young passengers – the future of the country. — VNS
