A Sense City department store was opened in Cà Mau city on May 28 by Saigon Union of Trading Co-operatives (Saigon Co.op), Saigon Co.op Investment Development Joint Stock Company and Hoang Tam Real Estate Trading Company.

The store is the third Sense City in the Cửu Long (Mekong) Delta.

Nguyen Thi Tranh, Saigon Co.op’s deputy general director, said that Saigon Co.op and SCID had invested more than VNĐ270 billion (US$11.8 million) in Sense City Ca Mau after successfully operating stores in Can Tho and Ben Tre, also in the Mekong Delta.

It also has shops selling well-known fashion products, jewellery and cosmetics; post and telecommunication services, and a four-storey underground parking lot.

To mark the opening, the new store is offering discounts of up to 50 per cent on fashion products, cosmetics, jewellery and accessories. — VNS
