HA NOI (Biz Hub) — The Hang Seng Index fell below the 23,000 level again, losing 158.66 points to finish at 22,951.00 in Hong Kong on June 6.
The Shanghai Composite Index also lost 10.92 points to end at 2,029.96 in mainland China.
The Nikkei 225 slipped 2.13 points to close at 15,077.24 in Tokyo, while the Topix Index added 1.82 points to end at 1,232.75.
Meanwhile, the Straits Times Index closed up 15.10 points to stand at 3,294.7 in Singapore.
The two bourses in Viet Nam ended higher. The VN Index edged up 7.94 points to finish at 559.04 in HCM City, while the HNX Index added 1.36 points to end at 75.85 in the capital city.—VNS
