HA NOI (Biz Hub) — The Nikkei 225 added 11.41 points to reach 15,079.37 in Tokyo, while the Topix Index slipped 1.20 points to end at 1,232.75 on June 5.
The Hang Seng Index lost 42.05 points to finish at 23,109.66 in Hong Kong, but the Shanghai Composite Index added 16.04 points to end at 2,040.88 in mainland China.
The Straits Times Index also closed up 0.09 points to stand at 3,280.3 in Singapore.
The two bourses in Viet Nam ended mixed. The VN Index edged down 2.36 points to close at 551.10 in HCM City, while the HNX Index added 0.59 points to end at 74.50 in the capital city.— VNS
