Vingroup to launch shophouse project in Tuyen Quang

HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Realty developer Vingroup will officially launch Vincom Shophouse Tuyen Quang in the northern city of Tuyen Quang on May 29.

The project, spanning 10,357sq.m., owns the facades of four of the busiest streets in Quang Trung, Song Hao, Ha Huy Tap and Ly Thai To.

It also owns property in Vincom Plaza near Phan Thiet Lake. The shophouses are between 69sq.m. and 125sq.m each, with the first floor designated for commercial operations and the upper floors reserved for private living spaces.

In this area, the project covers more than 3,000 sq.m., including Vincom Plaza, a fashion district, residences and a Vinmart supermarket, as well as VinPro electronics stores, amusement parks and an international cinema. Residents of the shophouses will benefit from the modern infrastructure, convenient transportation options and thriving business environment of the complex.

According to Vingroup, buyers of these shophouses can start their own business or earn rental income, especially in the larger houses with widths of 5.5sq.m.–10.6sq.m.

Vingroup also offers free management services for up to a year to all buyers, a five-night free stay at Vinpearl Resort for the first 30 buyers and many lucky draw prizes with a total value of VND450 million, including two SH motorbikes, four Samsung curved-screen TVs and 10 units of the iPhone 6.— VNS
