HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Housing developer Novaland is offering VND19 million rent per month for apartments at its Sun Avenue to people buying during this quarter.
It is making the offer for the period from May 2016 to handover of apartments in December 2017.
People buying office-tel units in the project can pay 1.5 per cent of the cost per month, equivalent to VND22 million (US$1,000).
People buying apartments will get vouchers worth up to VND120 million to buy an office-tel.
The Sun Avenue in District 2 will have eight buildings with apartments, a mall and office-tel units. — VNS
