Viettel Post reported a strong growth rate of 29 per cent for its postal business last year, one of the highest in the market at four times the industry's average.

The corporation said it had set up key logistics hubs and expanded its networks to improve the B2B customer experience. Consequently, the parcel processing time was shortened to 43 hours, and the delivery success rate reached 95 per cent, placing Viettel Post among the top postal companies in the country. In 2023, Viettel Post handled two million orders daily on average.

Earlier, Viettel Post reported a revenue of VNĐ19.72 trillion with a pre-tax profit of VNĐ478.2 billion, with a growth rate of up to 45 per cent year-on-year. The company said it had managed to improve its market share by three per cent last year. The company's stocks have been nearing the VNĐ100,000 mark, a significant increase from VNĐ28,000 since the beginning of the year.

This year, Viettel Post will focus on expanding its core business in the delivery and logistics sectors, targeting revenue of VNĐ9.14 trillion. VNS
