Thantawan Industrial Public Company Limited, a leading Thailand manufacturer of premium plastic packaging, has officially chosen Phước Đông Industrial Park to lease as the site for the largest pre-built factory in Tây Ninh.

This is the largest factory lease agreement in Tây Ninh Province to date.

According to the Industrial Services Division of Savills Việt Nam, with a lease term of up to 30 years, this transaction is also among the longest pre-built factory lease agreements in Việt Nam’s industrial market.

The modern facility, spanning 24,436 square metres, will bolster Thantawan Industrial’s production capacity and highlight Tây Ninh’s growing appeal as a destination for high-value investments.

This long-term lease also marks Thantawan Industrial’s first investment in Việt Nam, reinforcing the country’s position as a vital link in the regional manufacturing and industrial landscape.

The project is expected to generate numerous local job opportunities while adhering to strict environmental standards.

Director and Head of Industrial Services at Savills Việt Nam, John Campbell, said that Phước Đông Industrial Park offers a strategic mix of modern infrastructure, excellent connectivity and access to a skilled workforce.

“This partnership underscores Tây Ninh’s increasing attractiveness for industrial investment, particularly for companies seeking competitive pre-built facilities outside traditional industrial hubs, including HCM City, Bình Dương and Đồng Nai,” he said.
