HANOI (Biz Hub) – Viet Nam won several prizes at the South East Asia Property Awards held recently in Singapore.

The awards recognise the region's best developers, developments, real estate service providers and architecture and interior design firms. One thousand nominations were made in 32 categories.

Vingroup's Royal City complex in Hanoi won Best Condo, Banyan Tree Residences's Laguna in Hue city won Best Villa Development, CBRE Vietnam won Best Property Consultancy and Indochina Land won Best Developer.

Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines also earned awards.
