HCM CITY (Biz Hub)— FedEx Express (FedEx) has introduced an online tool that the company says will make it more convenient for customers to process shipments.
The online tool, called FedEx® Quick Form, is available in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Viet Nam. It allows customers to generate a shipping label with just a few clicks.
Customers can save previous shipping information as a profile for subsequent shipments, speeding up the repetitive Air Waybill preparation.
Customers can download the FedEx Quick Form www.fedex.com/quickform and can register as users using a combination of FedEx account numbers and basic information. —VNS
