HA NOI (Biz Hub) — The FPT Information System (FPT IS), a member company of the Vietnamese FPT Corporation, will cooperate with the LogNet Systems on billing solutions for telecommunications, electricity, water, other utilities and municipalities.

The UK-based LogNet Systems announced the global partnership between the two companies on Wednesday.

By integrating LogNet Systems's MaxBill solution into FPT IS's portfolio of operational support systems/business support systems (OSS/BSS), the two companies help telecommunications, mobile operators and other communications service providers to manage their network and business operations.

The solution enables service providers to monetise both traditional and innovative business models. It supports the processes of customer initiation, order management, customer activation, service provisioning, customer care, usage rating, invoicing, accounts receivable, collections and reporting.

Other areas of cooperation include marketing, sales, project deployment and support activities.
