Aftter getting approval from the State Bank of Việt Nam, the Board of Directors of Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) has officially announced the decision to appoint Lê Quốc Long to the position of General Director.
Long joined SeABank in 2005, and with 30 years of experience in the banking industry, he played a crucial role in SeABank's growth.
He served as Deputy General Director for 18 years before taking over as acting General Director on August 1 this year; therefore, the Board of Directors has trusted and valued him for his professional ability, expertise, and willingness.
Lê Văn Tần, chairman of SeABank's Board of Members, expressed confidence in Long and strongly believed that he and the entire staff would work together to build SeABank and successfully achieve the established strategic objectives.
With this new appointment, SeABank has consolidated its senior management system with nine members, all of whom are experienced personnel in many fields and committed to working long-term to help advance the bank's digital transformation and international integration to become the most popular retail bank. — VNS
