HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — The Gioi Di Dong (Mobile World) Corporation on February 6 opened a store in Phu Quoc Island, the 366th for the country's biggest mobile phone retailer and first in any of the country's islands.
To mark the opening, it is offering a slew of promotions including discounts of up to 20 per cent.
It expects sales of VND1.5-2 billion (US$72,000-95,000) in the first three days and double that in the first month.
This year Mobile World plans to open 500 outlets. — VNS
