MISA Joint Stock Company last week launched an ecosystem of accounting and business administration platforms with an aim to promote national digital transformation.
Viet Nam now has around five million business households which are expected to gradually transform into small or micro enterprises. Tax declarations and financial management could be a challenge for the businesses as most small Vietnamese firms do not have their own accountants but hire service companies.
This is the reason MISA developed its accounting platform – MISA StartBooks – to help an accountant serve different businesses at the same time. An accountant could serve up to 200 firms.
The platform helps accountants improve their productivity while enterprises can manage their finance at suitable prices. It would also help the Government make accounting figures more transparent, contributing to the State budget.
Meanwhile its business administration platform www.amis.vn has different modules such as sales, human resources, insurance and salary to suit with each firm’s needs.
Speaking at the launch ceremony, Nguyen Manh Hung, Minister of Information and Communication, said MISA – a software company specialising in accounting software – has invested in an accounting platform which helps professional accountants provide services to micro, small- and medium-sized enterprises. The digital transformation in the accounting sector would be implemented quickly while encouraging household businesses to change to companies as it is easier to hire an accountant.
MISA’s representative said the development of the platform and connecting all relevant parties would benefit everyone. The company has mobilised businesses, accounting services and accountants to connect to form a network. — VNS
