RedDoorz, a technological platform for hotel management and booking, has systems in place in 100 hotels across six cities nationwide after one year operation in Viet Nam, said Chief Operating Officer Rishabh Singhi.

RedDoorz now employs more than 100 people and has 100 partners in the six cities, including HCM City, Ha Noi, Da Nang, Vung Tau, Nha Trang and Da Lat.

“The current occupancy hotel rate of RedDoorz is up to 75 per cent. RedDoorz set a goal to expand its hotel network to more than 220 properties and reach one million occupied room nights by the end of 2019,” said Singhi.

Singhi said by standardising the services of budget hotels while simultaneously enhancing customers experience and attracting tourists, RedDoorz contributes to improving the competitiveness and sustainable development of Viet Nam’s tourism industry – a potential market yet to be fully exploited.

Utilising technology solution, called “a platform for all”, RedDoorz has been cooperating with more than 1,200 partners from Southeast Asia countries, including 100 partners from Viet Nam in room sales and value management, marketing, branding, service standardisation and efficient customer care.

Thanks to the technological platform, RedDoorz is able to anticipate customers’ needs for booking, helping hotels reduce vacancy rate, reducing costs for booking channels and increase revenue.

As part of the brand network, a property is to add the signage “RedDoorz” to its name and be subject to strict quality control in accordance with standards.

Therefore, tourists can be assured of room quality in accordance with the pre-set standards, including service quality from staff members, who are carefully trained in accordance to the chain standard, thus enhancing in-house guests experience. — VNS
