TDH Ecoland, an affiliate of real estate developer Ecopark Corp, will team up with the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) to set up an industrial park (IP), spanning nearly 140ha in the northern province of Hung Yen.

The park’s development follows a co-operation agreement inked between Ecopark and LH in the capital city late last week. It is part of a 3000ha industrial city where industry, logistics, and housing are all mixed together in the province’s Yen My District to be developed by the two companies in the 2019-20 period.

Following the above-mentioned park, the two sides will consider building another and an urban area which also belong to the Ly Thuong Kiet industrial city project in the locality in the near future, according to Ecopark. — VNS
