Property developer Novaland Group was voted among the three listed companies with the best investor relations by reputed financial institutions at the 2019 IR Awards organised by Vietstock and Finance and Life (FiLi.vn).

The IR Awards, in their ninth year now, seek to raise awareness among listed companies to improve the transparency and efficiency of corporate governance and contribute to the development of enterprises and Việt Nam’s stock market in general.

After being shortlisted in the 259 listed companies that met the stringent standards set for information disclosure in 2019, Novaland continued to successfully advance through all rounds of voting to finish in the top three.

2019 has been a remarkable year of Novaland Group. As one of the largest real estate developers in Việt Nam, the company is committed to conducting IR activities in a transparent, timely and efficient manner.

All policies and activities related to Novaland's shareholders and investors are not only in compliance with the laws of Việt Nam but always aim to improve to meet international standards such as the ASEAN regional corporate governance score card.

During the past year, in addition to being proactive and transparent in information disclosure, Novaland IR has also undertaken a series of activities to strengthen its relationship between with local and international investors, financial institutions, investment funds, and partners.
