Green Real JSC on Wednesday signed an agreement with property developer Rang Dong Corp to invest in the latter's Ocean Dunes project in the south-central city of Phan Thiet and to sell it.
The VND2.6 trillion (US$116 million) project spans 1.2km of coastline and a land lot of 62ha. It will have a luxury hotel, more than 1,500 villas the developer will help lease out, 5,000 high-end apartments, a shopping mall, boat wharf, parks and restaurants.
Construction began early last month.
Rang Dong owns the Sea Links City resort complex in Mui Ne and is set to build Phan Thiet Airport, whose construction is expected to start in the first quarter of next year.
On the same day, Green Real also inaugurated its HCM City real estate trading floor on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street.— VNS
