HA NOI (Biz Hub) — The Hang Seng Index climbed 200.93 points to reach 24,890.34 in Hong Kong on August 13.
The Nikkei 225 added 52.32 points to end at 15,213.63 and the Topix Index closed up 4.44 points to end the day at 1,262.13.
Meanwhile, the Shanghai Composite Index gained 1.28 points to finish at 2,222.88 in mainland China.
The VN index added 0.98 points to close at 602.76 and the HNX gained 1.35 points to finish at 81.82 in the capital city.
The Straits Times Index was the only index to post losses, slipping 1.98 points to end the day at 3,301.41 in Singapore. — VNS
