HA NOI (Biz Hub) — The Nikkei 225 added 98.34 points to end at 15,395.16 in Tokyo, and the Topix Index also gained 8.22 points to close the day at 1,273.68 on July 15.
The Hang Seng Index added 113.29 points to reach 23,459.96 in Hong Kong, while the Shanghai Composite Index gained 2.46 points to finish at 2,069.11 in mainland China.
The Straits Times Index closed up 0.44 points to stand at 3,291.4 in Singapore and the two bourses in Viet Nam also ended higher. The VN Index added 3.08 points to close at 589.3 in HCM City, and the HNX Index gained 0.74 points to end at 80.23 in the capital city. — VNS
