Vietjet seeks new flight attendants

HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Vietjet is hunting for dynamic and customer-focussed candidates to join the airline's friendly and professional cabin crew, to keep pace with the rapid development of its domestic and international networks.

Successful candidates will attend intensive training courses in Viet Nam and other foreign countries and enjoy an attractive income and many other benefits as well as unlimited promotion opportunities within the group, the airline said in its statement.

Requirements for candidates include being between age 20 and 30, must hold a high school diploma, have good communication skills, possess a TOEIC certificate with a score of more than 400 or other relevant certificates, height between 1.70 metres (m) and 1.80m for men, and between 1.60m and 1.75m for women. The candidate must possess good communication skills and excellent customer service skills.

Applications are available until March 26 for candidates in the northern provinces, and until April 17 for those from the southern provinces. All applications must be sent to crewrecruitment@vietjetair.com.

As of December 31, 2015, Vietjet has been operating 40 routes (28 domestic routes and 12 international routes) with 30 new, modern A320s and A321s aircraft.

Last year, the airline transported more than 9.3 million passengers, a highly impressive increase of 66 per cent against 2014.

The airline's training centre, which opened in early 2015, has so far trained and certified nearly 7,429 staff as well as provided 635 training courses in aviation skills for engineers, pilots, flight safety management and other employees. — VNS
