Visa has announced a collaboration with ETC Technology Systems Corporation (ETC) and EPAY Services Corporation (EPAY) to deploy Visa holistic solutions from acceptance to card issuing.

HCM CITY — Visa has announced a collaboration with ETC Technology Systems Corporation (ETC) and EPAY Services Corporation (EPAY), two pioneers in Việt Nam's IT and digital payments, to deploy Visa holistic solutions from acceptance to card issuing.
This collaboration aims to provide citizens with an enhanced experience and accelerate the adoption of digital payments, while supporting the digital transformation of public services across Việt Nam.
The deployment of Visa Value-Added Services (VAS) will enable ETC-EPAY to offer additional payment services in the financial, transportation, customs and healthcare sectors, contributing to the growth of Việt Nam's digital economy.
"Visa is committed to collaborating with organisations in Viet Nam to foster the growth of the digital payments ecosystem and accelerate cashless payment in the public sectors. Our collaboration with ETC-EPAY is a significant step towards realising our vision of a digitally-enabled Việt Nam, where all citizens have easy access to safe, convenient, and efficient payment services," said Dung Đặng, Visa country manager for Vietnam and Laos.
Building upon the foundation of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for comprehensive co-operation in the field of public services in August 2024, the parties have been actively collaborating to develop and implement practical solutions for public service providers nationwide.
These solutions include non-stop toll collection, automated payments at hospital kiosks, virtual card issuance with small limits and streamlined procedures empowering users to proactively pay for utility services. This close collaboration between Visa and ETC-EPAY promises to benefit both organisations, while creating meaningful value for the community. VNS
