Saigon South Residence (SSR), developed by Phu My Hung Development Corporation in Nha Be District in HCM City, has been handed over after over three years of construction.

The developer said that 962 apartments in the first phase were handed over.

SSR is the first project that Phu My Hung has developed outside the Phu My Hung City Centre in District 7 of HCM City, aiming to bring a high-quality living environment with full amenities to more customers in HCM City.

The project contains six blocks with 1,840 apartments with 2-3 bedrooms whose size ranges from 60sq.m to 97sq.m, and 37 shops.

Customers have been satisfied with their housing as the quality is as good as the commitment of the investors.

Since the beginning of this year, Phu My Hung Development Corporation has completed construction of more than 1,730 housing units for their customers.

They are located in the The Grande, The Symphony, Happy Valley and Saigon South Residences. Of these, 55 are duplexes of the Happy Valley Premier. These apartments are ready to be handed over, according to Phu My Hung. – VNS
