Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) in partnership with the BRG Group has launched an international co-branded card, named SeAGolf Platinum, only for golfers

SeAGolf Platinum is not only a VISA Platinum international credit card, but also a golf membership card. Holders of SeAGolf Platinum are granted overdraft credit limit of up to VND200 million (US$8,800).

Card holders will not have to pay golfing fee at BRG Group’s four golf courses -- BRG Kings Island Golf Resort, BRG Ruby Tree Golf Resort, BRG Legend Hill Golf Resort and BRG Da Nang Golf Resort -- when registering to play via the bank's call centre.

Customers can also avail other privileges with the SeAGolf Platinum, such as no issuance and annual fee for the first year for BRG golf members, an insurance package worth up to VND10 billion, one voucher to play golf during the weekend at any BRG golf course and 15 hours of training at the BRG Golf Centre.

Notably, SeABank is the first bank in Việt Nam to launch a loan service for buying golf card membership, enabling customers to pursue their passion.

Accordingly, customers can borrow up to 70 per cent of the golf membership fee, with the card being collateral. The maximum loan period is half of the membership card’s validity. — VNS
