Salsa Restaurant specializing in authentic Latin American cuisine opened yesterday (Jan 18) in the heart of Saigon.

Salsa presents a gourmet experience of traditional Brazilian, Mexican, Peruvian and other Latin American dishes meticulously made by Brazilian chef Marcelo Geraldini for dining in and takeaway.

With signature dishes like Carne Asada, Peruvian Ceviche, Fajitas, Tacos, and Alitas de Pollo, diners are sure to experience a gastronomic adventure tour of Central and South America.

Situated in a two-story adobe structure adjacent to the Times Square Building on the city’s main street, Nguyễn Huệ, Salsa Restaurant is set to tantalise the taste buds of gourmets.

Featuring a Latin-American inspired theme throughout, the restaurant presents quaint seating for a quick lunch or dinner while it serves up classic cocktails like margaritas, caipirinhas, and daiquiris by its skilled bartender in the evening.
