New Zealand Trade & Enterprise, that country's international business development agency, will introduce F&B products at Flavours Vietnam on March 10 in Ha Noi and March 17 in HCM City.

The products will range from dairy and syrups to seafood and meat.

With Viet Nam’s growing demand for fresh produce, New Zealand products are becoming increasingly popular.

New Zealand’s Ambassador to Viet Nam, Tredene Cherie Dobson, said: “New Zealand’s ingredients offer a unique flavour and texture profile that can enhance the taste of already famous Vietnamese dishes.

“In addition, our commitment to sustainability means we are a reliable and responsible source of high-quality ingredients for the Vietnamese foodservice industry.

“New Zealand’s collaboration with Viet Nam in the F&B industry has been successful, with trade between the two countries exceeding NZ$2.39 billion in the year ended June 2022."

New Zealand's food and beverage industry is well-known for its high standards. The country's diverse landscapes and climate provide an ideal environment for producing a wide range of meats, seafood, dairy products, and fruits. — VNS
