Manulife Vietnam has launched ManuAcademy, a digital learning platform available to its 60,000 insurance advisors in Viet Nam.

Accessible on a mobile app and website, it will help the advisors develop their careers in all stages from onboarding.

“We are intensifying our ambition at Manulife Vietnam as we continue to advance the learning and development of all our advisors,” Sang Lee, the company’s CEO, said.

“They are the life blood of our industry and key to helping us serve our customers better."

ManuAcademy fuses education, culture and technology, is underpinned by artificial intelligence and uses gameplay and rewards to encourage regular participation and long-term engagement.

To support video and social learning, advisors can join small private communities to ask questions and get instant feedback as they learn how to better assess customer needs.

Robert Trieu, Manulife’s chief agency officer, said, “Quality recruitment and development are foundational to driving the growth of our market-leading, digitally-enabled agency force in Viet Nam.

“With ManuAcademy, we are supercharging our engagement with our advisors and building a knowledge-driven culture that ultimately meets our customers’ health, protection, and retirement needs.” — VNS
