Generali Vietnam has been named as “Insurer with best customer experience in Viet Nam” at the 22nd Golden Dragon Awards presented at the 2023 Vietnam Connect Forum on March 21.
Generali was also honoured among the “Top 50 outstanding FDI enterprises 2022-2023”, reaffirming its market-leading position in customer experience in Viet Nam.

All of Generali’s customer services can be done “paperless” via the GenVita ecosystem. Customers can make claim requests, manage their insurance policy, pay premiums, switch investment funds, and buy new products on GenVita.
Generali also was the first life insurance company in the market to drop the requirement of submitting paper invoices and documents for claim requests. In addition, Generali builds its own team of claim management staff instead of outsourcing this service to a third party to ensure a better customer experience. — VNS
