FUNiX, the leading online education provider in Viet Nam, and Udemy, the largest global learning and teaching marketplace, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to form a new partnership.
The partnership aims to train Viet Nam’s workforce to be ready for future careers that are being shaped by the impact of digital technologies, according to their representatives. The two parties expect to deliver affordable digital instruction at scale for everyone.
Under the MoU, the two sides will consider working together on three core activities, including developing the Vietnamese Instructor Community to publish courses on Udemy, promoting Udemy Business solutions to strategic market segments across private and public sectors and distributing Udemy marketplace products in Viet Nam.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Founder of FUNiX Nguyen Thanh Nam said that in Viet Nam, families invest heavily in their children’s education, and people are very adaptive to the internet and digital society. Through online education, he expressed hope for a future where international standard education is accessible to all.
“FUNiX and Udemy will work together to make this dream a reality and ensure that no one is left behind as society progresses,” he said.

For companies, Udemy for Business offers an employee training and development platform with subscription access to over 4,000 courses, learning analytics, and the ability to host and distribute their content.
