US carmaker Ford Vietnam on Monday announced a tie-up with Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TPBank) for preferential loans to buyers.

Until the end of this year, customers borrowing from TPBank to buy a Ford Transit Luxury would get the loan within four hours and do not have to pay interest for 12 months and the principal for six months.

Besides, they can get a loan of up to 75 per cent of the cost of the vehicle for up to 7 years.

Ford Transit is a 16-seat commercial car.

Ford is also offering after-sales service packages, free car delivery at home, free disinfection, 24/7 rescue service, 60-minute maintenance, and mobile service to buyers.

In September, it launched the roadside assistance (or 24/7 rescure service) in 63 provinces and cities through a dedicated free call centre. — VNS
