HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — HCM City Book Distribution JSC (Fahasa) opened its 21st bookstore in the city, and its 76th in the country, at Big C City Land at 99 Nguyen Thi Thap Street in District 7 yesterday.

In addition to 100,000 copies of Vietnamese and foreign-language books, the bookstore sells over 5,000 office stationary, student school equipment, souvenirs, and children's toys, which are handmade or imported from well-known manufacturers from the US, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Japan, Thailand and India.

Most foreign-language books are published by famous publishers such as Oxford Macmillan, Cambridge, Pearson, Cengage, Efuture, Parragon, Penguin, Hachette, and Garnet.

A new bookstore, Fahasa Ben Tre, is scheduled to open at Sense City Business Centre at 26A Tran Quoc Tuan Street in Ben Tre City on December 16. — VNS
