RX Tradex Viet Nam signed an MoU for the 2023 Business Innovation Zone project with YES Asia Group, Sufex Trading, PR Newswire and PNA Consulting in HCM City on March 21.
The project features many practical activities that aim to support businesses in manufacturing and electronics to expand their market and participate in the global supply chain.
Speaking at the event, Vu Trong Tai, general manager, RX Tradex Vietnam, said, “Viet Nam is still a potential market offering many opportunities in manufacturing, supporting industries and electronics sectors for foreign investors.”
The Business Innovation Zone project is a core programme and part of a series of activities ahead of the Vietnam Manufacturing Expo to be held in Ha Noi on August 9-11 and NEPCON Vietnam (an international electronics show) to be held in Ha Noi on September 6-8 and HCM City for the first time on October 4-6, he said.
“Along with a slew of activities and the participation of many partners in the project, we believe that Vietnam Manufacturing Expo and NEPCON Vietnam 2023 will create more business matching opportunities for both buyers and sellers,” he said.
Phan Quang Vinh, head of Marketing, RX Tradex Viet Nam, said that under the theme “Sync-up the Power of Human - Tech - Media," the project this year is scheduled to have two forums, four seminars, five symposia, and two skill training programmes for managers and business leaders.
In particular, following the success of the Factory Tour in previous years, the project this year will provide enterprises an opportunity to find potential customers via factory visit trips in Thailand and Viet Nam, he said.
Pham Trung Hung, chief advisor, PNA Consulting, partner of Business Innovation Zone Project since 2020, said humans are always the key factor on the operations of business models. Therefore, the project’s focus on three elements -human, technology and media - is highly essential for enterprises at any stage.
The Vietnam Manufacturing Expo and NEPCON Vietnam this year are expected to attract the participation of nearly 300 brands in the manufacturing and electronics industries from more than 20 countries and territories, including Japan, the US, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Germany, and India.
There will also be a series of customised seminars, technology updates from leading brands around the world and free business consulting sessions under the Business Innovation Zone Project. — VNS
