HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Ho Chi Minh City Development Bank (HDBank) has received approval from the State Bank to open a branch in the Mekong Delta Province of Long An, taking its total number of offices to 122 nationwide.
An HDBank shareholder meeting in late April resolved a plan to merge with DaiABank. The plan has been approved by the central bank and related procedures are being completed. — VNS
