HA NOI (Biz Hub) — ANZ Bank is offering a preferential lending interest rate of 6.5 per cent per year for the first three months on home purchase loans or loans with a housing mortgage.
The rate reverts to the normal 10.5 per cent at the end of three months.
The bank also provides property loans with a fixed interest rate of 12.5 per cent for two years. — VNS
