HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Nam Viet Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Navibank) general director Le Quang Tri has resigned after nine years at the post, citing personal reason, the bank's management board announced yesterday.
Deputy general director Dang Quang Minh, who took office late last month, has been appointed to replace Tri.
Navibank has about 301 million shares listed on the Ha Noi Stock Exchange with a total market capitalisation value of over VND2.2 trillion (US$105 million). Its shares (NVB) were trading at around VND7,400 ($0.35) per share this morning. — VNS
