HCM CITY — Nestlé Vietnam has launched NESTGEN 2025, a free, three-day online training programme (March 18–20) aimed at providing young people with valuable skills, knowledge and career development opportunities.
The programme focuses on key areas like the supply chain, engineering and operations, and sustainable development, offering in-depth insights from experts in these fields.
NESTGEN 2025 is designed to help participants stay ahead in a rapidly changing economy, with lectures from top professionals at global companies like Airbus, DHL and L'Oréal as well as agencies like UNESCO. It also serves as a networking platform, connecting like-minded young people and helping them build competitive profiles for the job market.
The programme’s key topics include the latest strategies and career opportunities, advanced technologies in Industry 4.0 and insights from Nestlé and UNESCO on sustainable growth.
Completing the programme grants participants a free e-learning certificate to enhance their resumes. NESTGEN 2025 continues Nestlé’s commitment to empowering young talent, building on previous initiatives like Nestlé Needs YOUth and Management Trainee programmes. It marks a significant step in Nestlé’s mission to support the next generation of leaders.
