The luxury apartment project Sun Grand City Thuy Khue Residence, by developer Sun Group, will be unveiled to investors and homebuyers at a function in Ha Noi on Sunday.
People who register to buy apartments at the function itself, will take part in a lucky draw that could win them attractive gifts such as a Samsung Smart TV, MacBook and iPhone.
Located on 69B Thuy Khue Street, in the capital’s Tay Ho District, near West Lake and Bach Thao Park, the project offers green living spaces to homebuyers.
Dương Thuy Dung, director of research and consulting at property real estate firm CBRE Viet Nam, said the project has grabbed public attention because of its prime location, the prospect of it becoming a key area as the capital expands northward and the dearth in luxury projects in the district.
The project has good connectivity to schools, hospitals, recreational areas and other facilities in the neighbourhood. The smartly designed apartments are between 57 to 139 sq m, and offer comfortable living in downtown Ha Noi.
The developer is expected to hand over apartments to buyers from the first quarter of 2018.
The Sun Group is joining hands with banks to provide loan support to buyers, including zero-interest rate offers. — VNS
