HA NOI (Biz Hub)— Dai Duc red dragon fruit growing co-operative in Cang Long District of southern Tra Vinh Province signed a contract to sell 30 tonnes of red dragon fruit to the US next year.

The fruit will be sold for VND30,000-35,000 per kilo, VND8,000 higher than the local selling price, according to a source from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Last month, the co-operative sold nearly three tonnes of red dragon fruit to the US market.—VNS
