HA NOI (Biz Hub) — The CEO Group will start constructing the VND4.5 trillion, or US$214.2 million, Sonasea Villas and Resort complex on Phu Quoc island in the southern Kien Giang province in May.

The real estate group said that its five-star complex, which will cover nearly 80 hectares in the Bai Truong area of the island, will serve the demands of high-class tourism and offer multiple services such as ecotourism, leisure and entertainment.

According to the investor, the complex will have more than 400 rooms and is located near the Duong To international airport, which has a capacity of receiving seven million passengers per year. The investor expects to make the complex an ideal destination to attract tourists to the island.

Group Chairman Doan Van Binh said that qualified partners have been selected to implement the project, including the Japanese firm Kume Design Asia as the adviser, Asia Site for planning and Savills as the market research firm.

The group will announce its selection of hotel managers of international repute for the complex soon. — VNS
