HA NOI (Biz Hub) — The Nikkei 225 lost 38.90 points, ending at 15,611.31 in Asian markets on Tuesday when the Topix Index (TPX) rose 1.01 points to finish at 1,256.33 in Tokyo.
Also, the Hang Seng Index (HSI) in Hong Kong declined 66.98 points to close at 23,744.19, while the benchmark Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index (SHCOMP) slipped 0.71 points to finish at 2,237.49. The Straits Times Index (STI) declined 31.92 points to finish at 3,081.7.
In the local market, the VN Index went up 0.37 points to finish at 511.60 in HCM City, and the Ha Noi HNX Index gained 0.02 points to end at 66.14 in the capital city. — VN
