HA NOI (Biz Hub)— Shares were mixed during this morning's session.

The VN-Index on the HCM City Stock Exchange closed at 512.10, up 0.17 per cent, while the VN30 tracking the southern bourse's leading shares lost 0.08 per cent to 572.76 points.

Among the 30 blue chips represented by the VN30, losers overwhelmed gainers by 15-3.

Further, trading value and volume on the bourse reached VND628.25 billion (US$29.6 million) as 50 million shares traded hands.

On the Ha Noi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index ended unchanged at 66.12 points. The HNXFF Composite, however, lost 0.01 per cent to end the session at 66.23 points.

Large-cap stocks managed to lift the HNX30 0.11 per cent to reach 125.68 points.

As nearly 28.2 million shares were exchanged, trading value totalled VND172 billion ($8.1 million). – VNS
