HA NOI (Biz Hub) – Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh has approved the sale of the entire State ownership in Vinamotor, according to the Government portal chinhphu.vn.
After the company's initial public offering in March last year, its charter capital reached VND876 billion (US$41.1 million), in which the State has a 97.7 per cent stake. Vinamotor will get to offer 85.5 million shares by selling the State's stake. — VNS
