HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Domestic and foreign organisations, individuals and enterprises registering to do business in Viet Nam will have to pay VND300,000 (US$14.2) for the announcement of businesses registration content from October 1.

The fee is set based on Circular No.106 issued in August 9, 2013 by the Ministry of Finance (MOF), which lists the fee rate and the regime for collection, remittance, management and use of the fees for enterprise registration, business household registration and the charges for enterprise information provision

According to the circular, organisations, individuals and firms will pay the fee at the Business Registration Supporting Centre of the Agency for Business Registration under the Ministry of Planning and Investment and at the provincial and district business registration offices. — VNS
