The 27th Vietnam Expo 2017 will be held on April 19 at the Hanoi International Exhibition Centre here.
The annual expo with the theme “Enhancing Regional and Global Economic Links” will be one of important trade promotion events to welcome APEC 2017 in Viet Nam and connect Viet Nam with regional and world countries and territories.
At least 500 businesses from 23 countries, including Belarus, Uganda, Singapore, and Czech Republic, in addition to Japan, Malaysia, India, South Korea and China will participate in the week-long event.
Some 600 booths will be set up at the event to display diversified products from electrical, electronics and consumer goods, health care equipment, plastics, tires and rubber products to industrial machines.
A booth set up by the Trade Promotion Agency of the Ministry of Industry and Trade will display Viet Nam’s typical industrial zones.
On the sidelines of the Vietnam Expo 2017, which will be hosted by Viet Nam Ministry of Industry and Trade and organised by VINEXAD, relevant events, including Viet Nam’s exports promotion forum, fact-finding tours to industrial zones, policy advisories and better design competence dedicated to businesses and products will be also held to add on further values to businesses. — VNS
