Arriving at Asia Park in central Da Nang City from January 28 to February 6, visitors will enjoy a special “Spring Fair” with traditional Tet Lunar New Year activities being offered.

The Spring Fair bustles with green Chung cake and red traditional Couplets, together with folk games which were deeply embedded in the mind of every Vietnamese, such as walking on stilts, jumping stalls and playing drums while blindfolded.

Calligraphy performances and making “to he” (traditional toys) will reappear as part of the Vietnamese traditional Tet, which will help the young to love the nation’s culture.

Beginning a new year by writing best wishes to be hung on yellow apricot blossoms, and picking buds, will be must-dos when attending the Spring Festival at Asia Park.

Other activities, such as the lion dance, magic performances and spring music concerts, will create a joyful and inspirational atmosphere for a successful year.

Asia Park will be covered in flowers and traditional decorations during this Tet holiday.

Coming to Asia Park, visitors will also enjoy thrilling games, such as Queen Cobra, the largest hand glider in Viet Nam, which was launched ahead of Tet, along with the opening of the 700-seat Indo Express restaurant, with attractive and delicious dishes on the menu.

Also, some gaming zones will be free during the Spring Festival. — VNS
