HA NOI (Biz Hub) – In its 11th year, Vietnam Expo 2013 will be held in HCM City from December 4-7 to promote investment and trade with Viet Nam.
Under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Vietnam Expo is one of the largest trade exhibitions in Ho Chi Minh City, the most active commercial centre in Viet Nam.
Vietnam Expo 2013 expects to attract more than 400 businesses from Algeria, Belarus, Czech, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Pakistan, Taiwan, Turkey and Viet Nam, according to officials.
The expo will be broken up into four display areas, including the International Pavilions, Machinery - Electronics, Vehicles - Spare Parts and Home Living. Further, the expo will bring Vietnamese and overseas enterprises more opportunities to be exposed to high-quality products from many companies throughout the world. Also, Vietnam Expo 2013 will be an ideal destination for businesses to advertise their products and services, as well as expand their operation in HCM City and southern provinces.
During the exhibition, the organising board will coordinate meetings between sellers and buyers so Vietnam Expo 2013 will become an efficient trade event. Moreover, exhibitors and participants will have an opportunity to visit some industrial zones and factories as part of the exhibition, which is hoped to help foreign businesses develop a better understanding of investment and trade promotion in Viet Nam in the coming years. -- VNS
