More than 300 businesses and 15,000 visitors are anticipated to take part in the 20th International Autotech & Accessories, which is scheduled to take place from May 16-19 at the Sài Gòn Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC).

The Autotech & Accessories 2024 will focus on promoting electric vehicle ecosystem, spotlighting innovation in batteries, charging stations and vehicle-installed applications.

According to the event organiser Asia Trade Fair and Promotion Joint Stock Company (ATFA), enterprises will showcase high-quality and cutting-edge products and services in the fields ranging from vehicles, specialised vehicles to components, spare parts and traffic management systems.

Complementing the main event are various side activities, including tours, business matching, specialised seminars, test driving opportunities, car shows and demonstrations.

Market insiders predict a clearer recovery path for Việt Nam’s automobile and its supporting industry in the latter half of 2024, buoyed by continued foreign investment inflows. Vietnamese auto enterprises are advised to be well-prepared with robust material sourcing and strategic business planning to capitalise on emerging opportunities within this sector. — VNS
