Zone Bootcamp 2022, a contest to find talent in the most exciting start-up fields of fin-tech, insur-tech, real estate/prop-tech and e-commerce, began this week.

Established by Zone Startups Vietnam, Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB) – ACB WIN 2022 and the University of Hong Kong Business School, the programme attracts students, entrepreneurs and young people who are passionate about starting a business across the country.

Representatives of the five winning teams will be sponsored to go to the Hong Kong University Business School to participate in a two-week training course on Entrepreneurship and receive an award of ACB WIN worth VND100 million and many awards to support businesses.

In addition, the programme enables students and entrepreneurs to access career opportunities, cooperation and internship programmes at ACB Bank.

Accompanying the programme, the organisers also set up FIRE Talk sessions with more than 100 students and startups attending to provide knowledge, perspectives and practical advice from founders and experienced partner investment funds for participating teams.

The contest was held under the auspices of the HCM City's Department of Science and Technology, Swiss EP Support Program, DMZ University from Canada, Innovation Institute under HCM City's University of Economics, Academy of Posts and Telecommunications and other innovative units. — VNS
