HA NOI (Biz Hub) —The Vietnam National Shipping Lines (Vinalines) plans to sell and transfer 13 ships in 2016.
These vessels are capable of loading approximately 400,000 tonnes.
Vinalines will also focus on implementing infrastructure and equipment projects in order to improve the company's production and business capacity.
The construction of warehouse facilities at the Dinh Vu port project in northen Hai Phong city is expected to be completed this year.
Meanwhile, the Cat Tien Sa port in central Da Nang city will be further expanded to increase trade.
Vinalines also intends to quicken the building of the Vinalines Hau Giang and the Vinalines Dinh Vu ports.
